Since I'm the one who's changed the most about Emily, I guess I oughta write a character profile for her. Feel free to ignore things that haven't already been established in the story, tho. Heck, I didn't even create her.

Emily

Personality:

Emily is a very friendly, intelligent person, and gets her share of jokes in. 1500 years trapped in the arctic has left her fairly lonely, tho. Only threaten her or her friends if you've got a death wish, tho... The friendly Emily disappears, replaced by a deadly serious warrior of great magical skill. It has not yet been established how strong a hand-to-hand fighter she is.

Physical appearance:

Emily is about medium height and pretty, but in a functional sort of way (functional is key when one lives in a frozen wilderness), and looks to be in her early thirties. She wears a thick, plain brown dress, tightly knitted from some kind of yarn, tho apparently not wool. When out in the cold, she wears a large white yeti-coat and boots, and carries a backpack.

In her backpack:

• A good supply of yeti-meat
• some survival implements, such as small digging/ice-chipping tools, torches, etc

There's really not much limit on what else could be in there, as long as it would realistically fit and could be found in the arctic.

Magic:

I'm reluctant to describe her magical abilities in too much detail because there's so much room for interpretation and creativity. She can do gesture magic, and more than likely spoken magic as well. The one limit to keep in mind is that she was trained by Kudam Ra and Kudam Sa. Although she is more powerful than either of them, they were still the ones taught her, so she can't be TOO much more powerful than them. Additionally, UFO taught her a bit about how magic works before he went mad, so that might make her a bit more powerful as well.

History:

Born in the City of Unity a little over 1500 years ago. She met and married a quiet young man named Uforious F. Octus while in college. They graduated, both got jobs, and lived happily.

This happiness was disrupted when Uforious discovered information on magic in the Unity Archives and began experimenting with it. Both he and she learned some magic, but Uforious learned a lot more quickly than Emily, eventually going mad and disappearing completely. When he reappeared several months later, he demanded to be allowed to rule the city. When denied, he began attacking, and Emily counterattacked. She barely survived.

Deciding she needed some training, she went south and trained in the Ice Shrine under Kudam Ra and Kudam Sa. There she became a powerful wizardess and was granted immortality (which only stopped her natural aging). Then she went back North, only to be defeated again by Uforious and his latest creation, (V). She was then imprisoned in the arctic by Uforious with a giant wall of flame known as the Northern Boundary.
