notes: The Laughing Man from Ghost In The Shell: Stand Alone Complex.  He spotted my telephoto lens and darted; I was lucky to get this much of him.  Another masquerade award winner.  The line of text around the outside of his mask actually spins around.  I think he might've even had a motor in there, or at least something with wonderfully little friction, because it spun really well.

Perpetrators of another very amusing skit at the masquerade.  It started off with Vash saying he was going to demonstrate his Angel Arm live, only to be stopped by Milly, claiming it was too big an insurance risk.  Then she confiscated his pants for violating cosplay rules (I forget which), and ended up with vash violating of the cosplay rule that "no piece of the costume may stick out more than 6" from the wearer".  Yes, the Random Hallway Fangirl had something to do with that.
